Provided by Intellishield through Testchecks, searches National criminal database*, the national sex offender database, OFAC/Terrorist Watchlist, and includes a social security, alias name, and address history search. *please note that some counties charge additional fees for court access if a record is found, so we may need to call you for additional payment.

Landlord Package

Provided by Intellishield through Testchecks, searches National criminal database*, social security, alias name, address history, state eviction records, and credit report with FICO score. *please note that some counties charge additional fees for court access if a record is found, so we may need to call you for additional payment.

Texas Criminal Background Search

Provided by DCS Information Systems through Amerifind, searches real-time information from the state of Texas criminal database and includes felony offenses.
