Before You Visit Us Make Sure
Photo Identification
We require a physical ID with your legal name in order to begin the testing process. Employer representatives can validate your ID in person or by sending a photo of you.
You Are Able To Provide Specimen
In order to provide fast services, ensure you are prepared to provide a specimen by drinking plenty of fluids for urine testing. For any oral test such as DNA or breath alcohol test, you should not have anything in your mouth 15 minutes prior to testing.
Only The Person Testing Allowed
Due to the nature of our business, we only allow the donor who is testing into our facilities. No children are allowed in our facility unless they are testing.
Do You Need Drug Testing?
DOT Companies
In 1991 the US Congress passed the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act, which requires all DOT agencies to implement drug and alcohol testing on safety-sensitive employees. You can read more by looking up DOT’s 49 CFR part 40.
TDLR
In accordance with Texas Occupational Code section 2308.158 and Texas Occupational Code section 2303.161, all tow companies and VSF companies must adopt a drug and alcohol testing policy.
Schools
Student drug testing programs have been upheld by the US Supreme Court and under TEC’s Chapter 37 and 38, school districts can allow drug testing for students in extracurricular activities.
Individuals
Testing offers knowledge and facts on one’s health. Testing can help interpret if a prescribed medication is being misused or if the individual has used illegal substances. Results can be informational or used in court.
Company Owners
Employers can incorporate drug testing as part of the hiring process to identify users. Having a workplace drug testing program helps reduce company liability from potential risks when injuries are involved.
